Companies wishing to give a presentation as part of the conference may email marketing@cngexpo.com to contact our marketing team and reserve a slot in the Conference Program.
The fair setup and dismantling dates will be announced to all exhibitors closer to the fair.
The entry and exit hours for exhibitors will be announced closer to the fair.
Our Marketing Team will contact you about exhibitor badges closer to the fair.
Additional equipment for package stands can be requested through the Online Ordering System, which will be available closer to the fair.
Please contact our Sales Representatives to request electricity, compressed air, or water at the fairground.
You can contact the stand design companies listed in the solution partners file on the fair website.
Services such as forklifts and cranes used to unload and arrange materials at the fairground are subject to a fee. To learn the hourly rates, please contact Mr. Aytekin at Gruptrans.

CNG Expo Events will clean the common areas and the aisles in the halls throughout the fair. Exhibitors may order cleaning services for the inside of their stands through the Online System.
Stands may not be dismantled and/or goods moved before the official closing time of the fair.
