About BOSAD

Having started its professional organization process with 9 founding members, BOSAD completed it in July 2003 and has surpassed 130 members as of the end of 2025. With a 85% representation rate within the “National Paint Industry,” it holds the position of the umbrella organization of the sector.

The Turkish paint industry holds an important place in the international market with its production quality at global standards. Our sector, with its economic and commercial structure, production capacity, technological developments, compliance with legislation, and strong brands, is steadily moving forward on the path of becoming a regional power as Europe’s 5th largest sectoral producer.

Main activities of BOSAD, which embodies the strength of the sector:

Unity of Strength:
In all sectoral areas related to our paint industry, BOSAD voices common issues more effectively for the identification and resolution of problems at every level. Issues that cannot be resolved on a company basis are concluded through unity of strength under the BOSAD umbrella.

Sectoral Representation: It ensures strong representation of our industry in public institutions and international platforms, safeguarding the interests of our members.

Events and Communication Activities: We organize exhibitions, conferences, seminars, workshops, and panels to contribute to the technical and commercial development of our members. Through these events, it strengthens sectoral communication and enhances knowledge sharing.

Sectoral Research and Reports: By monitoring the development of the sector, it prepares periodic reports that deeply examine sectoral information and regularly informs our members about sectoral developments.

Expert Working Groups: With the contributions of more than 150 experts in 15 working groups operating in different areas of expertise, it generates sectoral data and develops solution proposals.

Monitoring of Legal Regulations: It follows new laws and decrees, evaluates their potential impacts on the sector, and conducts studies on how these regulations may affect our industry.

Collaborations and Project Development: It develops projects and strengthens sectoral cooperation by collaborating with civil society organizations and universities such as TİM, TKSD, İKMİB, İSO, İTO, İMSAD, TOBB, and TÜSİAD.

In conclusion, BOSAD acts with a strong vision for the future of the Turkish paint industry and contributes to sectoral development at every level. BOSAD aims to increase Turkey’s international competitiveness in the field of paint industry by collaborating with all stakeholders in the sector.
